Green Planning Studio will always appraise your site and assess its opportunities and constraints before scheduling a site visit and preparing a quotation. This ensures that we have the relevant information available about the site on which to base our advice. The appraisal can be either a desktop service over 20 working days which will be presented as a written report, or a fast track service over 5 working days, subject to staff or director availability. Fast track appraisals are usually delivered in a phone call.
