Privacy Policy

Everybody at the Green Planning Studio Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect personal information, except where clearly asked for by you – eg our ‘contact us’ form. We will not share your personal information with any third-party, unless expressly granted permission to do so by you or where required to by law. Occasionally, if you have contacted us in error we may forward that information on to the correct body, if the intent is clear in the message or we will let you know whom to contact if it is not clear.

As a legal practice, we are obliged to keep records for seven years. If your enquiry is about a potential new project, we will also retain this information for a maximum of seven years. Some projects do not happen immediately, for a number of reasons. By allowing us to retain your enquires about a potential new project you will allow us to more speedily restart a project if the circumstances change and you want us to proceed again. Your data can be removed by contacting us at any point.
