Green Planning Studio has successfully obtained planning permission for two 5 bedroom detached houses with detached double garages in the countryside in Henfield, West Sussex.

This is the final stage part of a three-stage planning strategy which included establishing the lawful uses that were already present on the site and then working with the Council to re-configure the site with a scheme that was beneficial to all parties.

Our architects designed the houses which sit in generous plots and benefit from views over the Sussex countryside. The houses respect the existing architectural vernacular and have been designed to maximise the development potential of the site.
