Planning Permission was granted by Chelmsford City Council on Tuesday 17 May 2016 to our detailed planning application for a new 656 seat Gospel Hall with associated external works in Sandon.

The modern design with a curved roof and curtain walling was recommended for approval by the officers and despite some local opposition was approved by the Planning Committee.

Adrian White one of the trustees expressed the delight of the Chelmsford Gospel Hall Trust at our success in obtaining Planning Permission for a much needed new Gospel Hall to serve the community.
