2016 has not been without its challenges, for everyone, but we have had another successful year gaining more planning permissions for a host of diverse sites. 2017 promises continued growth for us as a practice and many more planning permissions granted for our clients.
Our offices will be closed from the 23rd of December 2016 until the 2nd of January 2017 inclusive.
Ruth Reed told MPs scrutinising the Neighbourhood Planning Bill that local planning authorities’ support for neighbourhood planning groups should extend beyond technical planning assistance. It should include some elements of design support, such as preparation of design codes, to give expression to the kind of development they want to see and make the process more real for them.

We are having an amazing Grand Designs Live. Some fascinating schemes including a beach hut and a boat house but also some plans to create extraordinary homes that we would be delighted to help with.
The modern design with a curved roof and curtain walling was recommended for approval by the officers and despite some local opposition was approved by the Planning Committee.
Adrian White one of the trustees expressed the delight of the Chelmsford Gospel Hall Trust at our success in obtaining Planning Permission for a much needed new Gospel Hall to serve the community.
