Large Park Home site in Dorset

Planning history search uncovers unrestricted site-wide use.

Green Planning Study conducted a bespoke site search to identify potential sites for residential mobile homes. The site in Dorset was found with a planning history that, once interrogated, revealed that there was permission for a ‘mixed use of land as a caravan site and commercial equestrian enterprise’ and that both named uses can take place across the entirety of the land.

Green Planning Studio appealed a refusal of a certificate of lawfulness for this large site which, when upheld, established the potential for a substantial number (probably significantly in excess of 500) residential mobile homes as well as the equestrian use.
