Ruth Reed, a Director of Green Planning Studio, has been appointed a Vice-Chairman of the Construction Industry Council. Decided at the CIC’s meeting on 17 October, the term is for 3 years. The Construction Industry Council is the representative forum for the professional bodies, research organisations and specialist business associations in the construction industry. Ruth’s experience and knowledge across architecture, planning and landscape gives her insight into a wide range of the design disciplines in the construction industry. She said:
